Games As Story Generators

The panel will be organized into two parts. For the first half of the panel, the panelists will speak about their recent research looking at the theme of “Games as Story Generators”, discuss implications and connections of this work with other recent research, and present open research questions. The second half of the panel will consist of audience discussion in the form of a question-answer and open discussion period. This time will allow FDG attendees to bring forward comments, questions, and concerns for the panel to discuss. In the event that the audience does not put forward questions we will also pre-author a selection of questions and topics for the panelists to discuss, with a goal towards sparking audience discussion and participation.
